New OOA Council

We've gotten a new council # to get rid of inactives, if you wish to apply it's #542. Also, Penz is now the speaker of his own council, it's Fist of Atlas (#182). Also, our IRC channel is back up, the server is Magicstar and the channel is #OOA. All members please go here (link removed by OrderOfAtlas.com) and fill out this form, it'll help me keep track of our members.
